1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Sky Trucking Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, purchasing courses, or using our learning platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
If you enroll on behalf of a company or fleet, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts and enrollment
After purchase, learners receive access to courses through our Moodle learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Course access is granted for the period stated at checkout or in your fleet agreement. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or suspected fraud.
3. Payments and pricing
Prices are displayed on the storefront at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Fleet and bulk pricing is governed by separate written agreements when applicable.
4. Course content and certificates
Course materials are for your personal or organizational training use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
Certificates of completion are issued when course requirements are met in the learning platform. Certificates attest to course completion only and do not replace regulatory licensing unless explicitly stated for a specific program.
5. Educational disclaimer
Our courses provide general industry training and compliance education. They are not legal advice. Employers and drivers remain responsible for meeting all applicable federal, state, and employer-specific requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Trucking Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
